These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Soggie Doggie, LLC website, online scheduling system, forms, communications, and services. By using the website, scheduling an appointment, submitting a form, or purchasing or participating in a service, you agree to these Terms.
Soggie Doggie, LLC provides indoor swimming opportunities for dogs, including assessments, private swimming sessions, assisted sessions, classes, group activities, events, and related services.
Our services are recreational and educational. They are not veterinary care, veterinary rehabilitation, physical therapy, medical treatment, or emergency animal care.
Dogs may be required to complete an assessment before participating in certain services. Completing or scheduling an assessment does not guarantee approval for future swimming sessions.
Soggie Doggie may determine that a dog:
Is approved for independent swimming
Requires assistance or additional assessment sessions
Must obtain veterinary clearance
Is not currently eligible to participate
Decisions may be based on safety, behavior, health, mobility, comfort in the water, ability to enter and exit the pool, or other relevant factors.
Soggie Doggie may refuse, suspend, or end participation when reasonably necessary to protect a dog, customer, staff member, visitor, or the facility.
You agree to:
Provide complete and accurate information about yourself and your dog
Disclose relevant health, mobility, behavioral, and safety concerns
Follow staff instructions and posted facility rules
Maintain control of your dog when required
Supervise your dog unless a service specifically provides otherwise
Provide current vaccination information when requested
Notify Soggie Doggie of material changes in your dog’s health or behavior
Avoid bringing a dog that is ill, contagious, injured, aggressive, or otherwise unsafe to participate
Be responsible for your dog’s actions and conduct
If you are uncertain whether swimming is appropriate for your dog, consult a veterinarian before participating.
Activities involving dogs, water, pools, ramps, wet surfaces, other animals, and physical exercise carry inherent risks. These may include slips, falls, scratches, bites, illness, physical exertion, injury, drowning, property damage, or unexpected animal behavior.
By participating, you acknowledge these inherent risks and voluntarily choose to participate subject to any separate waiver or release required by Soggie Doggie.
Certain services may require an assessment form, participation agreement, liability release, facility contract, or electronic signature.
These Terms do not replace those documents. If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the service-specific agreement will control for that service.
Appointments are subject to availability and are not transferable without prior approval.
You are responsible for reviewing appointment dates, times, time zones, locations, instructions, and requirements before confirming a booking.
Soggie Doggie may confirm, reschedule, cancel, or modify an appointment when reasonably necessary because of facility conditions, staffing, safety, weather, equipment, or other operational circumstances.
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, credit, package-expiration, and missed-appointment rules communicated during booking or purchase apply to the applicable service.
Please notify Soggie Doggie as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of a session, credit, deposit, or payment when disclosed as part of the applicable booking or purchase terms.
Prices, packages, and availability may change. The price displayed or communicated when a purchase is completed will govern that transaction unless an obvious error occurred.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charges. Third-party payment processors may impose additional terms and privacy practices.
Unless otherwise stated, purchases are for personal use and may not be resold or transferred.
We try to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, prices, schedules, availability, or other content will always be complete or error-free.
We may correct errors, update information, or modify services without prior notice.
By supplying contact information, you may receive communications related to inquiries, appointments, scheduling changes, reminders, purchases, safety matters, or services you requested.
If you separately opt in to marketing text messages, Soggie Doggie may send promotional or informational messages. Consent to marketing texts is not required to purchase services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may not:
Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information
Introduce malicious code or interfere with website operation
Copy, republish, or commercially exploit protected website content without authorization
Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information
Use automated systems to scrape or overload the website
The website’s original text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Soggie Doggie and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
The website may use or link to third-party scheduling, payment, mapping, social-media, analytics, or other services. Soggie Doggie does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, availability, content, security, or privacy practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and online services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Soggie Doggie does not guarantee any particular physical, behavioral, competitive, therapeutic, or health result from swimming or related activities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soggie Doggie and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.
Any additional limitations, releases, or risk allocations contained in a signed participation agreement or waiver also apply.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or waived.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information, or the conduct of a dog under your ownership or control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
