Dogs that can confidently and safely enter and exit the pool may enjoy private, non-assisted swimming sessions.
Refer to the Welcome Packet for multi-swim discounts. Packages are available for dogs that have passed their Safety Swim Assessment and no longer require coaching assistance.

Buddy Swims
Swimming Is Better With Friends
Have more than one dog that can’t get enough of the water? A Buddy Swim allows dogs to enjoy a private swimming session with a favorite friend or housemate.
All participating dogs must be comfortable together and meet Soggie Doggie’s applicable swimming requirements. Pricing varies depending on whether the dogs live in the same household.

Puppy Swim Classes
Build Confidence and Water Skills
Soggie Doggie’s puppy classes provide a patient, structured introduction to the pool. Progress is always based on each puppy’s willingness, confidence and comfort in the water.
Class dates and times vary by session.
Tad Pole Class
$85 per dog
A great introduction to swimming. Puppies, approximately 4 months of age, are introduced to the baby pool, the ramp and getting wet with the first lesson or two. Advancement to the big pool before the 4-week session has ended is expected, with parents in the pool for support. Life
jackets can be provided as some puppies can be entering the pool. Advancement is determined on the puppies willingness to progress confidently.

Frog Class
$110 per dog
A 4-week sequel to the Tadpole Class. Puppy students are interacting more with the ramp and the ability to confidently move forward into the pool. Life jackets can be provided for this class as puppies will be starting to paddle and enjoy the idea of being in the pool and swimming.
Advancement is determined on the puppy’s willingness to progress confidently.

Tad Pole Class
$85 per dog
The Tadpole Class provides young puppies with a positive introduction to swimming. Puppies approximately five months old begin in the baby pool, learn about the ramp and become familiar with getting wet during the first lesson or two.
As their confidence develops, puppies may progress to the larger pool before the four-week program ends. Parents may enter the pool to provide support, and life jackets are available when needed.

Frog Class
$110 per dog
The Frog Class is a four-week continuation of the Tadpole Class. Puppies interact more with the ramp while developing the confidence and skills needed to move into the pool.
Life jackets are available as puppies begin paddling, swimming and learning to enjoy the water. Advancement is based on each puppy’s willingness and comfort.

Introductory Dock Diving Instruction
Get Ready to Jump In
Whether your goal is to prepare for competition or simply introduce your dog to a new activity, Soggie Doggie offers group and private dock-diving instruction.
Introductory Dock-Diving Workshops
This fun packed introduction to dock diving is a great beginning to getting you and your dog prepared for this popular sport. Workshops are usually a small group of 3-5 so individual instruction is spaced to give the dogs a chance to recharge. Dogs who sign up for the class must already be experienced swimmers and preferably have strong toy drive. Regular practice,jumping from the shorter dock will develop handler and dog confidence for the higher competition dock. Workshops are held throughout the winter into early spring in order to prepare you and your teammate for the competition season or just all around fun!

Private Coach-Assisted Dock-Diving
Want undivided attention for teaching your dog to jump off the dock or in need a little coaching or problem solving. This session is right up your alley. Work on getting the quirks out of your performance dog with a private 30 minute session.

Introductory Dock-Diving Workshops
These fun, introductory workshops help prepare you and your dog for the sport of dock diving. Workshops are generally limited to small groups of three to five dogs so instruction can be paced appropriately and dogs have time to rest and recharge.
Participating dogs should already be experienced swimmers and preferably have a strong interest in retrieving toys. Practice from the shorter dock helps dogs and handlers develop the confidence needed to progress toward the higher competition dock.
Workshops are generally offered throughout the winter and into early spring in preparation for the competition season.

Private Coach-Assisted Dock-Diving
Would your dog benefit from individual attention? This private, 30-minute session provides focused coaching for dogs learning to jump from the dock or established teams that need help working through a particular challenge.
Because the session is private, instruction can focus on the skills that matter most to you and your dog. This may include becoming comfortable on the dock, building confidence at the edge, encouraging a stronger takeoff or improving consistency when retrieving a favorite water toy.
These sessions can also provide experienced teams with focused practice between events. Coaching is adjusted to your dog’s current experience, comfort level and goals, allowing you to work through challenges at an appropriate pace without the distractions of a group setting.

Event Pricing
Three-hour minimum: $300
Each additional hour: $75
Qualified nonprofit organizations that provide proof of 501(c) status receive a 10% discount.
Specialized contracts and release forms may be required. Event organizers must provide proof of insurance naming Soggie Doggie, LLC as an additional insured.
